The search for excellence continues. the Certate LT combines the most advanced technologies and designs of Daiwa to offer fishermen an amazing reel. Made in Japan, the new Certate has an aluminum monocoque body.
A monocoque body eliminates the need for a side plate and allows a stiffer body to be made and larger gears to be used to improve winding power and torque. The Certate LT machine-forged Tough Digigear has a diameter greater than 2 mm. compared to its closest competitor. Combining the advantages of our MQ monocoque body and the new gear design, the 19 Certate is more durable, fluid and more powerful than all the others. The Certate LT monocoque body is our most advanced, light and resistant body that we have ever developed for a Certate.
Strength is one thing, but the smoothness of a fishing reel is often the easiest feature to hear and the 19 Certate still lifts the bar in this realm. Rotation efficiency is increased by 15%, creating an effortless sensation during recovery. This increase in efficiency is due to three main parts. A main shaft in super-rigid stainless steel, the MQ monocoque body and Tough Digigear precision forged aluminum.
Combination of additional features such as ABS Long Cast reel, Mag Sealed, ATD drive, monoblock Air Bail, new drive knob, Perfect Line stopper, machined aluminum handle and Air Rotor that combine to make the new Certate LT the most advanced Certate always.
